Order processing

At North Backcountry we will process your order within 2-5 business days for products in stock.

Delivery 

Canada: FREE delivery on orders of $125 or more before tax for the following provinces:
Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia.
A reduced delivery rate will be offered for remote provinces and territories.

Packages will be delivered by Canada Post within 2-10 business days, depending on your location in Canada. We cannot be held responsible for any additional delays caused by the carrier.

Remote areas and International deliveries
For all deliveries to remote areas or international destinations please contact with us in order to agree on the most advantageous carrier and the delivery time, according to your geographical situation.

Return of goods

At NBC, we accept returns and exchanges on products purchased from northbackcountry.ca within 15 days of the date we receive your order, provided that; 

  1. The item has not been used or damaged.
  2. The item is still in its original packaging and in new condition with the label.
  3. You have the documents and the receipt for the transaction.

However, if any of these conditions are not met, the return will be refused and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

For any exchange or return, you must fill out the return form within 15 days of receipt. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
Please note that all shipping costs for an exchange or return are your responsibility.

Lost package

If your package was lost in transit, please notify us by email within 10 business days of the order date.

We will follow up with the carrier.

Missing or damaged item

We pack your order with care so that your purchases arrive at their destination in perfect condition. 

If you receive a damaged item, or if an item is missing from the carrier: Please complete the claim form and include a photo of the damaged parcel or item, within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel. 

We are not responsible for the carrier's handling of your package. If your package has been damaged by the carrier, we will ensure that a claim is made on behalf of the customer with the carrier.

If an agreement is reached with the carrier, we will proceed with the refund or a new shipment.

Limited Warranty

At NBC we offer a limited lifetime warranty on these products. 

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, for the original owner with proof of purchase. 

The warranty does not cover commercial use, poor maintenance, neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear that occurs during the life of a product.

We will repair or replace items covered by the warranty at no cost to the customer. Damage not covered by warranty may be submitted to us for repair. These will be done at a reasonable cost to the customer.
